The petition alleging dependency was filed on January 9, 2023, and an Order for Service by Publication was entered by the Court on March 3, 2023. You are hereby commanded to and required to appear before the Juvenile Court of Catoosa County, Georgia, on the 29th day of June, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., for a Final Dependency Hearing, for the purpose of answering the allegations of the petition alleging dependency and determining whether the prayers of said petition should be granted. The general nature of the allegations of the petition are that the child has been subjected to abuse and/or neglect and is in need of the protection of the Court.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING

The Chatsworth Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing for consideration of a variance request right of way/alley way usage for infrastructure purposes. Requested by NOGA Homes, LLC in the form of a board of appeals application. The property, more specifically described as Parcel 0067A 052, the parcel is addressed as 114 East Market Street and also more formerly described as:

This is an invitation to submit a bid to Murray County for the 2023 LMIG COUNTYWIDE PAVING PROJECT providing repaving/overlay on more than 38.347 miles of Murray County Roadways as indicated herein. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Commissioner (in Murray County Annex Building at the above address) up to 9:30 a.m., April 4, 2023, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.

Scope of Work:

This project will be funded with 2023 LMIG and County funds. Construction includes asphalt overlay/repaving, leveling and restriping on up to 38.347 miles of road, including Airport Rd, Allen Rd, Artis Charles Rd, Baggett Rd, Bunker Hill Rd, Carter Stealey Rd, Coker Dr, Conasauga Dr, Fort Mountain Estates, Fullers Chapel Rd, Goswick Rd, Highland Way, Holly Dr, Hooker Rd, Leonard Bridge Rd, Meadow Dr, Montgomery Rd, Oakland Cir, Old Mill Dr, Parson Rd, Pate Rd, Peeples Rd, R & J St, Red Oak Dr, River Rd N, River Rd S, Riverview Dr, Robert Jackson Rd, Shadow Ln, Sitton Rd S, Smyrna Cir, Sourwood Dr, Springdale Estates, Sugar Creek Dr, Sugar Hollow Rd, Tom Terry Rd, West Holly Creek Rd in Murray County. The work will include approximately 470,970 SY of Resurfacing with limited leveling using 40,798 tons of asphalt, up to 16,071 tons of leveling. Paint striping replacement and manhole/valve box adjustments as necessary are specified for all pavement overlay areas. All work shall conform to the Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Specifications Construction of Transportation Systems, 2021 Edition; GDOT’s Supplemental Specifications Construction of Transportation Systems, 2021; and all applicable GDOT Standards and Details; and other contract requirements, specifications and general conditions.

Project work will be required to begin within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and be substantially complete within 180 calendar days. All punch-list items will be required to be complete within 30 days of the Final Inspection.

Eligible bidders and subcontractors shall satisfy all applicable licensure requirements for Contractors performing work in the State of Georgia and must meet all applicable insurance and bonding requirements as stipulated in the separate Instructions to Bidders and Contract Documents. Verifying documents for the prime contractor/bidder will be required prior to contract award, and for all subcontractors prior beginning work.

Bid Documents may be obtained at the County Office Location by appointment. Proposers are encouraged to request Bid Documents via email. All proposers requesting plans and bid documents will be emailed the documents. No documents will be mailed. Request for Bid Documents and any questions regarding the project or to schedule an appointment to pick- up plans at the County’s office should email msanford@murraycountyga.gov (Questions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023). Responses will be posted to the County Website as an Addendum. Additional addendums may be issued during the proposal period. All proposers are responsible to check the County Website for addendums.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted as a result of this invitation must include the "Bid Sheet" to be considered along with all required documents and be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, "SEALED BID for 2023 LMIG Countywide Paving Project" on the outside. Bids may not be considered unless so received.

All contractors must comply with the provisions of O.C.G.A. Sec. 13-10-91, and must register and participate in the federal work authorization program (also known as E-Verify (www.uscis.gov/everify)). A contractor must submit the required affidavit BEFORE ANY PROPOSAL IS CONSIDERED. A form affidavit shall be provided with the proposal package.

Removal of the hay is to be the sole responsibility of the winning bidder and to be done in such a way as to avoid damage to the property of the Murray County Schools.

Cutting, raking, baling, hauling, etc. is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. The fields to be cut are located at North Murray High School, 2568 Mt. Carmel Road

Chatsworth, GA 30705. Bidders are bidding on cutting and removing the hay on the non­ developed areas of the site.

Each bid must state the amount bid in the terms of amount bid per bale. Each bidder must include the size bale that is being cut so a fair comparison of bids can be made. Amount bid per bale is the only acceptable method of placing a bid.

The winning bid will be honored for three calendar years ending December 31, 2025. All bids must contain the bidder's name, mailing address, and phone number.
